WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a Lead, Transformation and Organization Strategy, GC to join our team of internal consultants specializing in organization strategy, design and effectiveness! This role will work on operating model initiatives and ground-breaking transformations. This role will need someone with steadfast curiosity, a passion for advancing human potential, critical thinking, and the ability to translate complex problems into clear solutions and plans. The game changes fast and our team drives a dynamic portfolio of work. The candidate will bring a high degree of adaptability, resilience, and the flexibility to work across multiple projects. Like the athletes Nike serves, our Lead, TOC, GC constantly seek to raise the bar, knowing that in the pursuit of greatness, there is no finish line.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

If this is you, you will:

  • Work on local and global strategic operating model design initiatives, utilizing expertise in organization design and driving the highest impact/value to support Nike business strategy objectives and enhance oganizational effectiveness
  • Partner closely with business leaders and HR teammates to assess organizational needs, identify areas for improvement, solicit feedback, develop and iterate ways of working design to support continuous transformation efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to develop transformational change activities to ensure successful adoption of structural design in the long run
  • Monitor progress to facilitate smooth change transitions from intitation to implementation

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will expertly navigate a global matrix and a diverse Greater China marketplace. Reporting to our Director, TOC GC, you will be part of a broader global TOC team and Greater China HR team. You will have opportunities to work on and lead projects in different parts of the GC Nike organization. To do your best work, you will collaborate with other TOC teammates, senior business leaders, and partners across the business and HR.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 5+ years of experience working as an internal or external consultant on organizational transformation efforts including assessing, designing and implementing operating models and organization structures; leading change and transformation initiatives, and driving leadership and team effectiveness
  • Strong generalist management consulting skillset, including: project scoping and management; hypothesis development; research and benchmarking; workshop design and facilitation
  • A critical thinker with the ability to diagnose and simplify complex issues and work towards well thought out decisions and results
  • An innovative thinker, able to disrupt and challenge assumptions to achieve better outcomes
  • A strong collaborator, expert at bringing teams together and building commitment to a shared vision and goals
  • Experience working in a global environment across a matrixed organization and navigating complex stakeholder structures
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills, comfortable engaging with diverse teams and senior stakeholders
