WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will partner closely with the Retail marketing team, Brand management team, Digital marketing team and Marketplace team to position NBHD partners at the center of sneaker & lifestyle culture.

In this role you will partner with internal and external functional teams to improve brand and product storytelling and to cultivate cross-channel campaigns that elevate our NBHD partners and the sneaker community. This role will report directly to Retail Director, Marketing. You will manage agency partnerships and allocated channel resources to continuously evolve our marketplace offense, as well as elevate digital channels and ensure executional excellence. You will partner closely with the Mexico NBHD marketplace team and the APLA NBHD Team, and many key NBHD partners.

We're looking for a retail marketing professional to join our México-based marketing team. Focusing on the Partner/Omnichannel, experience with in-store/on-line communication planning and seasonal execution of experiences are critical to this role.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As part of Retail Marketing, you will work on the Marketing planning for NBHD doors off-line/on-line. You will lead brand and product stories on a seasonal and daily basis, working in partnership with NBHD Marketplace Partners, DSM (Demand and Supply Management), Merchandising and APLA (Asia Pacific and Latin America) team. In this scope you will lead and own the NBHD Marketing strategy for Mexico working closely with stakeholders to bring exciting energy to consumers in the marketplace. You will be contributing to weekly exchanges with the Retail Marketing Team, APLA NBHD Marketing team and Integrated Marketing team to share ideas, best practices, and learnings.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree or anything equivalent.
  • 5+ years' experience in Brand Marketing and/or Retail Brand Marketing, Digital Brand Marketing/ Experience production managing agency partners/vendors.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills (in Spanish and English).
  • Passion for Youth Culture, Sneakers, and streetwear - being able to spot trends and being able to acknowledge what is 'right' for the brand.
  • High-level strategic thinker and idea generator, with excellent attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Excellent project leadership and project management skills.
  • Analytical skills to gather business/user insights and apply learnings.
