Key Gate Process:
- Sell-in gate insight deliver & combine, Pre-read, hindsight, SSR, PSP, SPA , OBR;
- Sell-in gate biz insight & input; cross account number & key model forecast top-down ; line change & in-season management;
Job Qualifications:
- Comprehensive understanding of retail math, marketplace trend, assortment & products insights, partner and cross function management
- Ability to create sales plans / business review based to drive business opportunities
- Strong and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence others
- Advanced knowledge of MS office applications; proficiency in Excel including creating spreadsheets, complex formulas, pivot tables, etc.
- Good team player and ability to work with the cross functional partners on all aspects of the business
Critical Experiences Gained:
- Finance knowledge
- Product insights
- Effectively communication and Influencing skills
- Sales / Planning / Merchandising experience in sports/FMCG/fast fashion brands is a plus
- Experience of coding or big data analysis (eg: VB, SQL server, Python) is a plus
