- Job Summary: We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Store Data Specialist to oversee all EMEA Partner Store Data. This role will involve managing, analyzing, and optimizing the data collected from all EMEA Stores to support decision-making and business strategies. The Partner Data Specialist will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, reporting consistency, and providing actionable insights to help drive store performance & support implementation strategic initiatives. This person will work closely with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management
- Oversee and maintain all EMEA store-related data, ensuring it is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date. Work closely with the Global PGTC Partner Data Governance team to support major initiatives.
- Analyze Store Data to provide insights that support decision-making and strategy development.
- Provide training and support to store teams on how to capture and input data accurately, ensuring compliance with Nike's data standards.
- Support data entry support to learn and understand the CM systems (primary Connect, SAP, Nike.Net). Troubleshoot any data-related issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Be the expert on Partner Data fields fields and their structure in the Nike systems

Data Quality & Automation
- Drive Data integrity and focus on automation opportunities where possible
- Participate in digital integrity initiatives across the company where Customer Data is involved and impacted.
- Enable and support a smooth sell-in / order process by maintaining data accuracy in all systems.
- Participate in projects to ensure Customer master automation development is compliant (e.g. audits)
- Provide training and support to store teams on how to capture and input data accurately, ensuring compliance with Nike's data standards.
- Monitor and improve the integrity of data across various systems: implement data quality KPI's to maintain
- Identify opportunities to enhance data collection, reporting processes, and tools. Implement best practices to streamline data management and reporting across EMEA stores.
- Be the voice of sales processes and proactively aim to reduce manual operations through digital automation
Qualifications and skills:
- Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field experience.
- Strong experience working with retail or store data, with a focus on data analysis, reporting, and system management.
- Previous experience in a multinational or EMEA region-specific role is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of data management, databases, and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Snowflake, Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and communicate insights effectively.
- Familiarity with EMEA retail environments and store operations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP or retail systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across different teams and a strong partner for our Global team
