Assistant Head Coach

主要职责：

• 人员管理工作--计划团队日常或短期任务重点。管理员工及设置个人目标。培训员工，支持个人发展，就员工招聘、绩效考核和表扬奖励等方面提出主要意见
• 协助店铺经理，管理一个或者多个商店职责 (销售、推销、经营、会计等) 或者管理大型商店的特定销售区/业务
• 店铺经理不在时，履行所有店铺管理职责
• 直接监督部门经理、员工和/或顾客服务
• 制定商店活动的统计和叙述报告
• 与产品部/视觉团队进行交流，监督店铺现场陈列改善和维修
• 协助店铺经理提供高档消费者体验和员工体验，实施/执行全球和区域计划，提升销售业绩
• 要求：大专学历以上，有至少4年零售工作经验，一年以上管理经验；能够根据工作需要从事相应的体力工作；能够接受零售行业的灵活排班

• Plans the work of employees with a daily or short-term focus. Supervises employees and sets individual goals. Coaches staff, supports development and provides significant input into hiring decisions, performance management recognition and rewards.
• Assist Store Manager (Head Coach) by managing one or more of the store functions (sales, merchandising, operations, accounting, etc.) or by managing a particular floor/business in a large volume store.
• Perform all store management functions in absence of Store Manager (Head Coach).
• May have direct supervision of Dept. Managers (Coaches), associates (athletes) and/or Customer Service.
• Prepare statistical and narrative reports of store activities.
• May communicate with GMM/Visual team and/or oversee physical site maintenance.
• Assist SM in delivering a premium consumer and employee experience and implementing/executing global and regional programs to drive business results.
• Qualifications: College degree or above, 4 years retail experience, including 1 year management experience.
