Sales Operations Analyst
Location: Rochester, NY (hybrid)

What You’ll Do:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform sales strategies and business decisions
- Develop and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key metrics and sales performance
- Forecast sales performance and provide recommendations to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), pipeline metrics, and sales activities
- Assist with quota setting and incentive compensation analysis
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to evaluate campaign and product performance
- Support CRM data integrity and drive adoption of sales tools and systems
- Conduct competitive and market analysis as needed
What We Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales analysis, business analytics, or a related field (entry-level applicants can adjust this requirement)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, Google, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable manner
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
