Great developer experience is a major goal for our engineering. We believe that the development environment, CI/CD tools, monitoring solution and all the other tools our developers use on a daily basis should provide them with the best overall experience. Those tools should support their efforts to focus on providing real value to our customers and to our business. And yes - make them happy to be a part of Next Engineering.

As a Platform Engineer at Next, you will not only be optimizing the developer experience for our US developers but also play a crucial role in building the foundational elements of our Developer Experience (Devex) team in the United States.
