What You’ll Do:

  • Design interfaces and interactions that go beyond UI- focusing on behavior, timing, and tone in multi-modal experiences (text, voice, visuals).

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and AI/ML teams to create best-in-class, AI-powered travel experiences across mobile and web platforms.

  • Prototype adaptive, contextual AI behaviors that feel helpful, human-like, and trustworthy-even when things go wrong.

  • Drive the evolution of our design language to support intelligent systems, including voice, chat, suggestion flows, and explainable AI patterns.

  • Collaborate closely with research, data science, and content design to ground your work in user insights and behavioral trends.

  • Advocate for user trust and transparency in AI design, especially around decision-making, nudges, and personalization.

  • Contribute to and mentor others in our design practice, helping the team stretch their thinking on how design and AI can co-create delightful travel experiences.

  • Present your work across disciplines and senior stakeholders with clarity, storytelling, and rationale.

  • Take ownership from concept through execution to post-launch iteration.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of experience designing for consumer or B2C/B2B2C products-ideally with exposure to AI or dynamic, system-driven experiences.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design intuitive, elegant solutions from complex or emerging technologies.

  • Figma mastery- you’ll demonstrate your skills in a technical interview.

  • A fascination with how people interact with technology-especially emerging modalities like AI, voice, or predictive systems.

  • Strong collaboration skills across disciplines-especially with data science and engineering.

  • An iterative mindset-you believe in test-and-learn approaches and refining your way toward elegant, real-world solutions.

  • Strong storytelling and communication skills-you can break down complex AI functionality into user-first, value-driven narratives.

  • Bonus if you’ve worked in travel tech, hospitality, or logistics-and understand the unique challenges of time-sensitive, multi-step journeys.

  • Motion design or animation skills are a strong plus, particularly in guiding attention and enhancing feedback in conversational interfaces.
