Our lean creative team punches above its weight. You’ll join a group of marketers and creatives to build Navan’s voice and execute across our marketing channels. We’ll look to you to craft messaging through all stages of the customer journey, supporting brand, social, demand gen, lifecycle, internal projects, and more. You’ll flex from everyday work to high-visibility, high-impact projects.

Your portfolio should showcase creative ideation and execution of stellar copy. We’re looking for someone who can take initiative, be scrappy when needed, and is excited to push this brand forward. You should be able to learn a complex industry and our robust tech offerings, translating dense technical information into snappy and smart copy for our different audiences.

What You’ll Do:
- Concept and execute compelling content for web, email, social, OOH, presentations, digital advertising, brand campaigns, and more
- Drive creative strategy and brand consistency across cross-functional initiatives
- Utilize performance data to inform iterations of creative work
- Partner with cross-functional team members to bring different programs to life
- Ship work nimbly within tight timelines
- Manage small and large projects with focus and attention to detail
- Take strategic direction from marketing leadership while operating independently on a project level
- Closely partner with our brand designers to marry copy and design for creative excellence
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent copywriting skills (obviously)
- A robust portfolio showcasing exceptional creative work and high-impact copy
- 7+ years experience, ideally working in-house
- Experience with SEO copywriting best practices
- Attention to detail; strong proofreading skills
- Ability to flex tone of voice to resonate with different audiences (investors, consumers, etc.), segments, and channels
- Ready and willing to get into the mindset of our customers: road warriors, travel admins, CFOs, and accounting and finance professionals
- Tackles obstacles with a figure-it-out mentality
- Loves to travel, or at minimum, likes it a lot
