Your skills and experience that will help you excel
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• 10+ years of developing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce projects.
• 3+ years of experience of Salesforce & Force.com platform as an Architect.
• Experience in Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components and Visualforce plus strong hands-on knowledge in development practices.
• Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, using Salesforce best practices and methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with teams and stakeholders of different backgrounds and time zones in a diverse environment.
• Experience in leading and working with Agile development teams and use of tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience of working with DevOps tools such as MS Azure DevOps, Copado.
• Strong communication, negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies such as Azure cloud, Java and MS SQL Server.
• Salesforce Platform Developer and/or other Salesforce certifications required.
