Agile & DevOps: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps integration. Enterprise Applications: Knowledge of security, entitlements, and requirements for large-scale applications. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and planning abilities. Node.js: Familiarity with server-side JavaScript development. Financial Services Knowledge: Good understanding of financial products and the industry. Cloud Certification: Azure Cloud certification is a plus."
