> Oversee the independent testing team in Bangalore, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards. > Manage and coordinate quarterly testing cycles, ensuring timely and accurate completion. > Investigate and address any observations or issues that arise during testing cycles. > Develop and implement diagnostic and eligibility testing procedures. > Be responsible for testing 11 transaction reporting regulations including EMEA (MiFID, EMIR, SFTR, BOI), US (SEC, CFTC, CSA), and APAC (HKMA, ASIC, MAS, JFSA), with plans to further expand into 5 more. > Focus on automation of testing functions, seeking candidates with experience in automating processes. > Utilize data analytics tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, UI Path, and proficiency in writing queries in SQL and Python is advantageous. > Run and identify supervisory processes that should be put in place to monitor risks. > Create and maintain training plans for the team. > Provide status updates to senior stakeholders across global locations. > Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive risk management and regulatory compliance. > Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members. > Prepare and present reports on testing outcomes and observations to senior management. > Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure the team's testing procedures remain current and effective. > Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field. > Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management, regulatory control, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial leadership role. > Strong understanding of testing methodologies, risk management principles, and regulatory requirements. > Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. > Familiarity with the financial services industry and its regulatory environment. > Proficiency in relevant software and tools, with experience using Alteryx, Power BI, UI Path, SQL, and Python being advantageous.
