Morgan Stanley Wealth Management ("MSWM") is a market leader in delivering comprehensive financial planning advice and related services, including investment management, brokerage, lending, deposits and cash management through our network of 15,000 Financial Advisors, ETRADE for self-directed investors, and to employers and their employees through Morgan Stanley at Work.MSWM's Private Banking Group ("PBG") offers a variety of lending, deposit, and cash management solutions such as securities-based loans, home loans, and cash management accounts. PBG is responsible for developing, launching and managing innovative banking and lending services tailored for Wealth Management clients through its US Bank entities: Morgan Stanley Private Bank, National Association ("MSPBNA"), Morgan Stanley Bank, N.A. ("MSPBNA"), and ETRADE Bank ("ETB"). High Net Worth Lending ("HNW Lending") within the PBG is focused on managing, developing and growing the Securities Based Lending "SBL" business within Morgan Stanley. SBL provides MSWM clients with liquidity solutions by allowing clients to borrow against the value of eligible collateral held in their MSWM account.The Product Management team is strategically focused on developing and executing plans that will position the HNW Lending Business for continued revenue growth, first-class risk management, operational efficiency, and service excellence. The person in this role is responsible for driving a world class experience for MSWM Financial Advisors and Clients. They will have responsibility for leading initiatives that increase business growth, improve our competitiveness and drive continuous improvement.Key Accountabilities: * Across the HNW Lending Products, support management of the client and field experience with a focus on marketing, business development and communications strategy * Support the development and management of web content and presentations for Bankers, Advisors and clients * Ensure existing content is complete, up to date and has all necessary approvals and manage a review process * Develop new content and improve existing content based on field feedback and questions to support teams * Negotiate content changes and updates with partners * Support the review of marketing materials to ensure alignment with product features * Develop communications project plans for product launches reviewing with key stakeholders * Responsible for client and field facing product communications including client correspondence, statements, and online experience * Review language changes for documents, letters and statements and look for opportunities to improve * Ensure Morgan Stanley standards are met and there is consistency across the collateral the client receives * Support the ad-hoc mailing process ensuring proper execution and testing * Manage project plans for promotions and product feature launch plans ensuring review by key stakeholders * Respond to field feedback and address various escalations * Support Direct to Client Marketing initiatives * Ensure the rules used to identify an eligible client are maintained * Use data and analytic tools to test and validate that the appropriate clients are being contacted * Develop testing approach and circulate results to senior management * Develop and maintain a competitive information inventory understanding product offerings of other firms and how MS HNW Lending products comparesExperience * 2 plus years of Securities Based Credit and Lending business, risk, or operations experience is required * Experience within a brokerage firm or bank providing securities based and margin loans are a plus * Experience working across various functional areas Legal, Compliance, Finance, Technology and Operations are key * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is requiredSkills/Abilities * Business Analysis and Project Management skills required * Energetic person with the ability to demonstrate positive initiative and leadership in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with and gain the confidence of cross-functional colleagues * Detail orientation with strong organizational and analytical skills * Ability to quickly learn and understand the suite of all Banking & Lending products and interconnections * Communicate and set expectations appropriately to management and colleagues * Manage projects on timeWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY:We are committed to maintaining the first-class service and high standard of excellence that have defined Morgan Stanley for over 89 years.
