UI Developer - Associate - Software Engineer

Program Description: We are working on an exciting new initiative to build an Enterprise Knowledge Graph by harnessing the power of Graph and Semantic technologies to map complex application, data and infrastructure asset relationships to facilitate data-driven insights and decision making. Across our business divisions, as we strive to understand risk impact, optimize cost, assess business resiliency, manage change and identify opportunities - all critical to fuel the growth engine -, we need to link vast amount of data of different types and forms across heterogeneous data sources across the Firm to generate meaningful intelligence. We are also utilizing Process & Task mining methodologies that allow us to discover, analyse, monitor and optimize business processes using digital footprints. Once we create that Digital Twin of the business process, we can further apply advanced data and process analytics including machine learning techniques to build process forecasting models to help with aspects like early detection of issues, capacity modelling. > 2+ years of software development experience, with emphasis on Front End and UI/UX development > Candidate must have strong proficiency and in-depth knowledge of core and advanced JavaScript concepts including latest EcmaScript features. > Hands on experience with any modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Next.JS, Angular, or Vue. > Experience with Monorepo and Micro-Frontend architecture for scalable and modular application development. > Expertise in UI / UX design patterns and best practices > Strong experience in building User Interfaces for data intensive platforms > Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Design patterns, Architecture and Application Integration > Strong experience in architecting scalable applications that can support larger number of global users > Hands-on experience with core dev-ops tooling and best practices and manage this at a platform level > Hands-on experience for managing large UI product from delivery, code-quality and maintenance perspective > Hands-on experience with automated test frameworks like Jasmine, Karma, Protactor etc. > Experience in managing the deployments and build frameworks > Agile Development, TDD, BDD > Strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences > Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics or related field > Experience building UI / Visualization for graph-based data using frameworks like D3, Reactflow, Keylines, ReGraph > Experience building Chatbots and other analytics applications using AI, Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) > Financial Services experience will be a strong plus Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
