Strategic RFP Writer

Helping to respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to drive AUM growth Writing RFP response documents, including cover letters and executive summaries Responding to Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) issued by current clients Collaborating with the business development team and SMEs to address key questions, articulate our value proposition, and create commercial intellectual capital for use with clients and prospects to engage on topics related to the areas of expertise Working with SMEs to make sure information is updated as enhancements occur Updating standard RFP library responses and resource templates available to field consultants Updating OCIO marketing material across all client segments on a quarterly, annual, and as-needed basis Assisting in responding to industry surveys and analyzing the data Ensuring that responses follow brand style and tone guidelines Ensuring that appropriate reviews and approvals are secured by set deadlines Supporting sales across client segments Strong writing and editing background, with experience preferred in the RFP/RFI space and/or financial services Ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders Results-driven and passionate about contributing to the firm's growth Motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment and team Highly organized and detail-oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Bachelor's degree required 3-5 years of experience preferred Proficiency in RFP response software (e.g. Loopio) is a plus Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
