Workforce Technology & Services Workforce Technology & Services Provides the Firm's workforce with the technology, services and capabilities required to meet the needs of colleagues, partners and clients Remove blockers and obstacles Bring together stakeholders for alignment meeting Organize training Report on squad improvements Facilitate retrospective to improve team dynamics Setup and help maintain physical or virtual squad room Be aware of overall progress of squad execution and delivery against Fleet level 5+ year experience in either technical or Scrum Master / Service Delivery Manager role guiding teams and facilitating meeting ceremonies At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role Working knowledge of Jira System Understanding of the Agile Mindset, Frameworks, and continuous delivery practices Strong sense of commitment and drive towards problem resolution Use of initiative and proactive approach to work Experience of working in a fast paced, changing environment Maturity to be able to execute job functions with minimal guidance Self-starter with good interpersonal skills to facilitate working with end-users and another IT colleagues. Professional ownership of issues Good organizational skills: Ability to plan and prioritize Project management experience or certification (ex.
