We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager and Scrum Lead to drive the successful delivery of large-scale client initiatives. This role balances strategic oversight, agile leadership, and the nuanced management of cross-functional teams with varying headcount allocation needs. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, excels in client engagement, and champions Agile best practices to deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise-scale client initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Serve as Scrum Lead, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and promoting continuous improvement across multiple scrum teams.
- Drive the planning, estimation, and allocation of internal/external headcount and resources based on project pipelines and client needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders, managing expectations, providing updates, and ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Partner with functional leaders to proactively identify resource constraints or capacity challenges and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, roadmaps, risk logs, and status reports.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues early, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and team productivity.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, and external vendors to ensure cross-team coordination and accountability.
- Monitor project KPIs and actively seek opportunities to improve team performance, velocity, and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and coach team members in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and effective project execution.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in project management, including 3+ years leading Agile/Scrum teams.
- Proven track record managing large, complex client initiatives with diverse, distributed teams.
- Deep expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), with formal Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Strong resource planning and headcount management skills in dynamic project environments.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project) and resource management platforms.
- Ability to work effectively with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
