Required Training Specialist (Hybrid)

Assist in the setup, scheduling, and deployment of required training courses in the firm's LMS. Ensure training materials are properly uploaded, tested, and accessible to employees. Monitor training assignments and deadlines, troubleshooting issues as they arise and serve as a key point of contact for business units regarding training execution, deadlines, and troubleshooting. Coordinate with technology & solutions teams to resolve LMS-related technical issues and improve system functionality. Support communication efforts related to training reminders, system notifications, and compliance deadlines. Collaborate with course owners across the firm to enhance training processes and employee experience and partner with global counterparts to ensure training consistency and adherence to firmwide standards. At least 4 years of experience in training administration, learning management systems, or compliance training support. Proficiency in using LMS platforms and data reporting tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution. Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and responding to employee inquiries.
