Job Description: Client Development Specialist
Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Development Specialist to identify and cultivate new sales opportunities. This role involves researching dental groups, societies, associations, and online resources to generate leads and schedule qualified introductory calls between doctors and the founder. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth and supporting strategic client development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through various sources, including online searches and industry associations.
- Understand LPS needs and requirements to qualify leads effectively.
- Schedule and coordinate introductory calls between prospective clients and company leadership.
- Collaborate with leadership to support lead development, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Assist with additional client development initiatives as directed by the Managing Client Development Specialist.
- Preferred: Three or more years of experience in dental practice transitions.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with HubSpot, Excel, Word, and internet search tools.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate within a team.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of industry practices and sales processes.
- Proficiency with relevant tools, systems, and procedures.
- Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to build professional credibility and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically, a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
- The posted range for this position is $45,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. At the time of this posting, this position is eligible for a bonus/incentive/commission not reflected in the posted range subject to the achievement of the plan.
