Track and monitor KPI's, SLA's and drive vendor performance for continuous improvement. Develop Monthly and ad hoc Executive Summary Reports including Operational and Financial performance, KPIs and Metric for functions and locations within region. Collaborate with other departments in Corporate Services such as Security, Facilities, Projects, Multimedia, and Engineering and identify areas for improvement. At least 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor of Science degree. Experience working with internal clients and stakeholders with an ability to communicate clearly and develop relationships with business partners. Candidate to possess a high level of attention to detail, the drive and determination to deliver first class services in a fast-paced environment.
