Real Estate Solutions Strategy and Operations Manager (Hybrid)

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Real Estate Solutions Strategy and Operations Manager to support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives across third party engagement, performance and operational management, and best-in-class amenity solutions.In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business. Read on...What you'll do in the role: * Support global corporate real estate solutions functions through effective vendor management ensuring compliance with Morgan Stanley vendor management program, rules, guidelines, minimizing risk, protecting the firm and its franchise, and in line with the firm's commitment to Environmental standards. * Manage the delivery of services and operational readiness across amenity and regional office locations to meet Morgan Stanley's global standards for best-in-class services including the documentation of operating models, service levels, resource planning, marketing, and communications. * Track and monitor KPI's, SLA's and drive vendor performance for continuous improvement. * Develop Monthly and ad hoc Executive Summary Reports including Operational and Financial performance, KPIs and Metric for functions and locations within region. * Collaborate with other departments in Corporate Services such as Security, Facilities, Projects, Multimedia, and Engineering and identify areas for improvement.What you'll bring to the role: * At least 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor of Science degree. * Experience working with internal clients and stakeholders with an ability to communicate clearly and develop relationships with business partners. * Candidate to possess a high level of attention to detail, the drive and determination to deliver first class services in a fast-paced environment. * Strong verbal and written communication skills * A strategic thinker and self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit * Proficient PC skills including outlook, excel, word, PowerPoint, etc.At Morgan Stanley Montreal, we support the Firm's global businesses and infrastructure with cutting edge technology and innovation.
