Product Management - Junior Vice President

Work closely with a dedicated team of professionals whose primary responsibilities are to effectively communicate product details, competitive advantages and industry trends to Senior Management, Portfolio Management and Distribution teams Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends (utilizing internal and external data/information resources) in order to help position products appropriately Ownership of the creation and production of various standardized reports to support monthly/quarterly materials Respond to ad hoc requests from New York and London on a timely basis Contribute to ongoing quality and efficiency improvements Review reporting requirements and set up customised reports for new and existing clients. Broad understanding of ESG performance and rating Partner with the key stakeholders including technology team to ensure timely execution of all initiatives with key focus will be on system and data related projects. Experience in leading and developing teams, emphasizing key aspects of team management: providing guidance and mentorship, setting priorities, and driving team performance and growth. Proven history of managing teams through influence at all levels and across functions within an Investment Management/financial institution Strong interpersonal skills: ability to develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders. In depth knowledge Excel and Powerpoint Good knowledge on Fixed Income Investment products and ETFs The ability to work effectively in a thoughtful, collaborative team environment Strong communication skills, being able to interface effectively with bright quantitative colleagues as well as non-technical audiences Thrive in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment Passion for aligning financial returns with societal impact Excellent verbal and writing skills in English Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines Possess attention to detail within the larger context of a complex investment ecosystem Ability to focus on small details while maintaining larger picture from and industry and positioning perspective Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver outstanding work products under tight deadlines Bachelor's degree Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in an analytical role requiring advanced use of Excel Experience with Morningstar Direct preferred Thoroughness, attention to detail and a sense of urgency Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
