You're a natural leader who inspires teams, communicates with clarity, and knows how to dig into data and customer needs to deliver solutions that drive real outcomes. You bring strong enterprise instincts, a track record of shipping successful products, and a passion for leading with both vision and detail.
What You'll Do:
- Own the full product lifecycle-from vision and strategy through launch, iteration, and growth
- Collaborate deeply with customers, sales, and customer success to identify high-impact problems and translate them into intuitive, scalable solutions
- Define and maintain a clear, outcome-driven product roadmap aligned with company goals
- Write clear, actionable product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases that empower engineering to build the right things
- Drive agile best practices across multiple teams and ensure timely, high-quality product releases
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, aligning stakeholders across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support
- Act as a strong partner to Customer Success and Engineering to prioritize bugs, support tickets, and feature requests based on business impact
- Own product demos and play a key role in go-to-market activities including enablement and customer communications
- Bring a hands-on approach to prototyping, feature validation, and continuous product improvement
What You Bring:
- 12+ years of product management experience in global, high-growth environments
- 7-10 years in enterprise software, ideally B2B SaaS, with a deep understanding of complex sales cycles and customer needs
- 3+ years of experience managing and mentoring high-performing product teams
- Deep expertise in B2B Product
- Understanding implementing AI into platforms or building AI models
- Demonstrated success leading products from concept to scale, balancing vision with execution
- Deeply analytical, with a focus on outcomes and measurable success
- Strong release management skills and expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and product analytics platforms
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills-you can influence at all levels and are comfortable in front of customers and executives alike
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical architecture
- Background as a software engineer or strong technical acumen
- Prior experience in early-stage or hyper-growth startup environments
- Domain expertise in big data analytics and cloud architectures, API or data integration, and data science or machine learning Bachelor's degree in computer science or STEM discipline

Compensation
- Base Salary Range: $190,000 - $235,000 USD (depending on experience and location)
- Variable Compensation: Performance-based annual bonus or Commission Plan
- Equity: Stock options included as part of total compensation package
We believe in rewarding great work with competitive, transparent compensation. Final offer will be based on skills, experience, and geographic location.
Work Environment, Location and Travel:
This is a remote-first role open to candidates legally authorized to work in the United States. Employees may optionally work from our Arlington, VA HQ. This position may require up to 50% travel.
