Process Automation Engineer

Design and implement automated solutions that support the Firm's Technology controls management and monitoring processes Implement data visualizations and create interactive dashboards Guide and implement best practices for our automation platform Work in direct collaboration with our global stakeholders and cybersecurity strategists, gather and analyse their requirements, and propose technical solutions to the challenges they are facing Have an active role in improving and evolving our automation platform and technology stack Work with Agile development techniques, including continuous integration and continuous delivery Passion for creating efficient automations that drive business value 2 years of experience with software development and RPA/BI technologies Good knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps Experience with creating interactive dashboards with Power BI or other BI platforms Demonstrated experience in all phases of the RPA life cycle - requirements capture, definition & solution design, architecture design, build, configuration, testing and operational transition Knowledge and understanding of REST API's and DBMS Good communication and teamwork skills Good knowledge of Python or other scripting languages Broad understanding of DevOps tools and technologies (Git, Jenkins, Ansible) Working knowledge of data analytics & ability to use data analytic tools for decision making High level understanding of cybersecurity and technology controls space Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
