Drive privacy implementation strategy for mergers & acquisitions, data integration, and cross selling work streams in partnership with internal stakeholders Identify and manage improvement of processes requiring enhancements that mitigate risk in the business and build efficiency Manage the inventory of WM consumer data uses, inter-affiliate and cross border sharing and transfer instances and disposal plans Identify applications and vendors processing consumer data processing that need to be aligned with the required Privacy controls Maintain proficiency with internal tools to support the Data Use Assessment framework Closely partner with internal stakeholders to appropriately identify privacy risks and associated controls for remediation and escalation Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics based on team activities and corresponding communication with key stakeholders Succinctly communicate ideas, recommendations, articulate purge results to business and influence decision making at the level of Senior Leadership Review, update, and maintain relevant privacy supervisory procedures Identify opportunities for internal team efficiency gains and support the development and maintenance of team procedures, risk management tools and data repositories Experience in Financial Services, preferably within privacy risk disciplines (e.g., privacy impact assessments, data & process mapping, individual rights) Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently (candidate should be self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills) Ability to work in a small team environment, build and maintain a network of contacts and coordinate with many stakeholders Solid interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, are required Ability to design and develop presentations to conceptualize results and present them clearly and concisely for key stakeholders and Senior Management Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure to tight deadlines and excels at planning and time management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (critical thinking ability) Expertise in all MS Office tools, including Power Point, Excel, Project, and Visio Bachelor's degree Familiarity with privacy laws and regulations Data Privacy Risk or Operations background with ability to apply privacy principles Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
