Position Summary:The ideal candidate is someone who thrives at the intersection of data analytics, operational execution and process improvement.This position primarily centers around reporting on key metrics, optimizing internal workflows and driving operational excellence to support key initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, field managers and external recruiting partners to help scale and improve the impact of Morgan Stanley's advisor recruiting strategy.Responsibilities:Data & Analytics * Synthesize and prepare routine and ad hoc reports for senior leadership. * Establish a thorough data validation, cleansing and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy. * Build dashboards to improve accessibility to key metrics and executive readiness. * Design and implement automated solutions to improve reporting efficiency.Operational Support * Manage lead submission intake, processing, pipeline tracking and conflict resolution processes for external recruiter partnerships to ensure accuracy, transparency and consistency. * Develop PowerPoint presentations for Senior Leadership updates. * Maintain internal website, ensuring materials are compliant, current and aligned with business needs. * Support coordination of new advisor onboarding to ensure smooth transition experience. * Provide backup support to the National Recruiting Managers, as needed.Process Management & Optimization * Map, document and improve lead submission, tracking and recruiter engagement workflows. * Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements aligned with team goals and drive successful outcomes. * Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and turnkey templates to enhance consistency, scalability and business continuity.Requirements: * Must hold a bachelor's degree with at least three years professional experience in reporting and data analytics supporting recruiting, sales, operations, business administration or related role. * Highly proficient using Microsoft Excel (familiar with Macros, Data Modeling or Power Query) and experience building PowerPoint presentations. * Working knowledge of Microsoft's Power Platform applications like Power Automate and Power BI, a plus * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem solving * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Strong relationship management acumen across all levels of leadership * Demonstrate accountability and a strong work ethic to promote confidence and trust in their work * Seek constructive feedback and coaching from management team, actively using it to improve how they approach future tasks * Authorized to work in the U.S. without durational restrictions * Successfully complete background check and pre-employment assessmentsHiring Process: Our hiring procedure is a multistep process that can take four to six weeks to complete.
