Work with internal teams including Operations, Finance and Liability Management to ensure sufficient funding is available in advance for all deal execution activity Assist Operations team in providing KYC to Administrative Agents in advance of deal closings Provide allocations to agents and review funding notices to ensure that allocations and economics reconcile to MSPC's internal records Communicate relevant deal related information to downstream service providers such as fund administrators, trustees and shadow books and records provider Review security master detail to ensure that all mandatory fields are populated and accurate in advance of trade bookings Book trades within MSPC's order management system and confirm the successful transmission downstream to relevant service providers Ensure that fundings are released as early as possible after all internal and external approvals have been received Assist in agency-related operational tasks for deals in which MSPC is selected as Administrative Agent Work with MSPC sub-agent, Alter Domus, to collect borrower and lender KYC Coordinate and obtain allocations for all lenders in the syndicate to be provided to sub-agent Prepare, review and reconcile funds flow in coordination with MSPC Operations, Investment Team and relevant sponsor or deal counsel Assist with all internal communication needed across Operations, Finance, Liability Management and Investment Team to ensure successful deal execution Bachelor's degree or equivalent education required 3-7 years of relevant operations experience in private credit/direct lending deal execution Strong problem solving skills and ability to interact directly with multiple internal teams and external counterparties Effective written and verbal communication skills are a must Strong computer skills, especially Excel Extremely organized and ability to multi-task Must be meticulous, detail-focused and consistently accurate Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $125,000 and $140,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
