職務内容 アジア・チャネル・マーケティングの日本チームは、意欲的でオールラウンドなチャネル・マーケティング担当者を募集しています。この職務では、運用プロダクトおよび投資サービスをプロモーションし、顧客エンゲージメントを強化し、日本におけるMSIMのブランド・プレゼンスを強化するためのマーケティング戦略の立案と実行を担当します。日本の機関投資家営業チーム、投資信託営業チーム、および経営陣と協力し、マーケティングのあらゆる側面に関わります。 MSIMのマーケティング部門はグローバルに組織化されており、各チームは特定のチャネル/役割に特化しています。この職務では、海外の同僚と協力して日本市場に適切なマーケティング戦略を実行するとともに、日本独自のマーケティング戦略の計画と実行を担当します。 急速に変化する市場環境と進化するマーケティング手法・技術に対応するため、柔軟かつ効果的に変化に適応し、付加価値を提供することが必要です。特に、デジタルへの適応力が不可欠です。 具体的な職務内容 マーケティングキャンペーンの企画と実行:デジタルマーケティング、Eメールマーケティング、印刷物など、当社の投資能力に関するマーケティングキャンペーンを企画、実行します。 イベント管理:ウェビナー、業界カンファレンスなどのイベントを企画、推進し、業者と連携して、すべての運営が円滑に進行するよう調整します。 デジタルマーケティング:ウェブサイトのコンテンツの管理、Eメールマーケティングを担当します。 部門横断的な協業:営業、法務・コンプライアンス、リスク管理、およびモルガン・スタンレーの全社機能部門と協業し、マーケティング活動の実施においてグループおよび法規制の基準を遵守します。 7-10 years of working experience in Marketing positions, preferably within the financial services or asset management sector. Strong project management and problem-solving skills. Thinking-out-side-the box, speaking up and expressing ideas. Proactive, responsive, creative, strategic, and able to work both independently and as part of a team, with good interpersonal and communication skills. Organized and disciplined, and self-motivated to learn, enrich relevant work knowledge and experience. Ability to work on multi-function projects and managing stakeholders across a matrix organization Native in Japanese and fluent in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc). Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing systems etc). Knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
