- Implementing quantitative and qualitative research techniques and determination of optimal research approaches given objectives - Drafting research questionnaires or discussion guides for quantitative and qualitative projects based on stakeholders' needs and goals - Managing survey programming independently and assisting with the day-to-day operations of fielding and executing a wide range of research initiatives - Willingness to moderate focus groups and in-depth interviews and comfort presenting project findings in a group setting to senior leaders - Possesses strong analytical and data storytelling skills to support marketing performance measurement and uncover actionable research insights - Drive collaboration with internal and external teams to extract, synthesize, and communicate insights from marketing data and research studies - Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize simultaneous projects which require different responsibilities, as well as to manage to tight time constraints - Bachelor's degree or Master's degree, with a preferred (but not required) focus on market research, statistics, marketing, marketing science, or psychology - At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in a research or consulting-focused role, preferably (but not required) in financial services - Proficiency with online survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics) - Proficiency with using tools for data analysis, like Microsoft Excel - Proficiency with tools for telling clear, compelling stories with data, like Microsoft PowerPoint - Strong attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity - Experience managing multiple responsibilities and driving a variety of projects towards success Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $105,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
