About the role
As an Associate, Marketing Operations Implementation Associate, you will be responsible for core technical tasks and functions associated with building and launching campaigns. You will increase speed to market on campaigns, reduce the time it takes to build and launch campaigns, and ensure campaigns remain error-free before and after launch.

Pay Transparency:
The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $98,400 - $129,150 per year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $88,560 - $116,235 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement campaigns in our marketing automation tool, which includes building multi-channel workflows, segmentation, creative, sending and reviewing proofs, and QAing all pieces of the campaign prior to launch.
- Oversee execution process for quality control, sending and reviewing proofs, identifying and fixing errors, and gaining final approvals to ensure flawless execution of campaigns.
- Become an expert in our customer and campaign data, leveraging SQL to identify trends in populations and pull target audiences to deliver campaigns that drive value to the business.
- Support ensuring our marketing campaigns are set up in a way where we can confidently attribute marketing efforts back to overall business goals and audience behaviors.
- Act as a subject matter expert of our marketing automation platform, ensuring campaigns are scoped and built effectively and efficiently.
- Help identify and aggregate Campaign Builder insights and feedback to help influence Product roadmap.
- Use SQL to troubleshoot campaign issues with the Product and Engineering teams.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of work experience in a technical or marketing operations role building multi-channel journeys, writing queries, setting up A/B tests, validating audience sizes, and reporting out on results.
- 3+ years of experience partnering closely with marketing, technology, or operations teams
- 1+ years of experience using SQL with the ability to write queries to build audiences and segmentation for marketing campaigns
