Market Data Inventory Management, Director, Software & Asset Management

Preferred candidate will have experience working with FITS inventory management tool. Familiarity with market data providers, product administration, and financial management is a plus. FITS data entry including basic management of pricing records, platforms, and billing accounts Reception and validation of inventory reports from external vendors Inventory bulk loads and exceptions processing Management of inventory Jira queue Processing of ad-hoc inventory change requests End-of-month closing and data validation Submission of declarations using vendor tools Resolution of basic inventory data inquiries and inventory reports Maintenance and creation of documentation Skills Required: Candidate must be organized, detail-focused, self-motivated, and flexible. Must be able to synthesize information from various sources into a cohesive solution, look for and advocate workflow efficiencies. Ability to work in a constantly changiing environment, prioritize, and meet deadlines is a must. Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Experience working with FITS Inventory Management tool or other market data inventory system. Knowledge of market data industry, vendors, and products. Sufficient Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Access, skills.
