Read on...What you'll do in the role:• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement technology solutions for the businesses. • Participate in the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. • Provide technical expertise in Python, Shell Script, and SQL to design, develop, and maintain software applications. • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process, tools, and techniques. • Maintain a strong understanding of the Sustainability, Fixed Income, and Equity businesses to ensure that technology solutions align with business goals. • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the Sustainability / ESG and Fixed Income domains.What you'll bring to the role:Good analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Must be team oriented and work well within a global team Must be self-sufficient, be accountable and act like an owner of IT related issues handled by the team Understanding of Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
