Java Technical Lead - Vice President - Technology

Technical Leadership: Guide the team in best practices for coding, architecture, and design. Review code and ensure high-quality standards. Hands-on Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain robust applications using Java, Python, and SQL. Team Management: Mentor and lead a team of engineers, helping them grow technically and professionally. Conduct performance reviews and support career development. Project Oversight: Drive end-to-end delivery of technical solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Architecture & Design: Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategies to scale and improve system performance. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system reliability and performance. 10+ years of professional experience in software development. Expertise in Java/Python, and SQL. Proven experience in leading and mentoring software engineering teams. Strong understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms. Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and writing complex queries. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
