- Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and leverage detailed knowledge to propose changes in process - Train others, allocate tasks and support with first line escalation where required - Share expert knowledge across the team, contribute to team output and development, building relationships across the Firm - Strategic Initiative Management and Analysis (primarily focused on Change The Bank (CTB) Portfolio): o You will manage and track strategic change initiatives across Operations, providing insightful and data driven analysis to drive senior management decision-making o You will assess progress against key objectives including identifying trends, risks and achievements - Stakeholder Collaboration and Alignment: o You will collaborate closely with Operations Change leads and business management community, building strong partnerships across departments to align on deliverables and outputs, ultimately ensuring proper representation of progress against targets - Operations-wide Change Deliverables: o You will drive production and timely completion of key change deliverables including coordination across various data owners and stakeholders to ensure data quality and accuracy - Senior Management Review Materials: o You will support the creation and preparation of monthly and quarterly senior management review materials, providing essential data and insights including key performance metrics and progress against strategic goals - Transformation: o You will support Divisional Management Transformation Initiatives, including support of existing opportunities and training on potential tool-based solutions - Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of functional area and operational/compliance policies and procedures of their team - Ability to operate independently with respect to some job responsibilities - Culture carrier across Operations, embracing the Firm's core values - Ability to maintain, reconcile, structure and summarize large amounts of data - Analytical ability to use data to drive strategic recommendations - Strong ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple workstreams - Inquisitive to challenge status quo & look for opportunities to enhance or streamline processes - Well-organized with high regard for attention to detail and accuracy - Strong working knowledge of advanced features of Excel, PowerPoint - Power BI, Alteryx, UiPath or similar tools knowledge is beneficial - At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
