Perform all Application Development work which includes designing and developing solutions using Angular, Java and DevOps Develop and build enterprise level applications using Java technologies. Analyze Business User Stories and translate them into meaningful tasks. Identify potential improvements to the current design/processes. Interface with global team of developers and business users. Code and develop the functionality as per the proposed design and requirements. Interface with global team of developers and business users. Work as part of a banking Agile Squad / Fleet. Perform proof of concepts in new areas of development. Participate in all aspects of SDLC (analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation). Actively contribute and participate in design and architecture discussions, daily stand-ups, and Agile Sprint planning sessions. Support continuous improvement of automated systems. Participate in all aspects of SDLC (analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation). At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role Experience building enterprise-level applications using Java Restful APIs, Gradle, Spring (core, aspect, boot and batch) and related frameworks. Development experience in Core Java preferably version 1.8. Expertise in multi-tiered Java EE design and programming; solid understanding of multi-tiered web-based applications. Programing proficiency in Web Services (e. g., XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, micro services, Tomcat) Hands on experience of RDBMS database platforms (like DB2, MSSQL, Sybase), design, SQL, and database access technologies such as JDBC. AT least 2-3 years of experience web technologies such as CSS & HTML, Web Development Frameworks and design patterns and frameworks like Angular or ReactJS Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies and DevOps Integration. Understanding of requirements of large enterprise applications (e. g., security, entitlements, etc.). Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, individually or in front of a group. Prior work in the banking/brokerage industry and knowledge of financial market and wealth management. Exposure to JIRA or other ALM tools to create a productive, high quality development environment.
