Handle all engineering and maintenance services. Manage day-to-day office activities and ensure that procedures comply with firm and regulatory standards. Serve as primary point of contact for all property management relationship issues Maintain a positive and respected relationship with all office business units Manages vendors (such as catering, kitchen supply, cleaning, reception, office supplies, drivers, mail services and reprographic). Build relationships, collaborate and strategize with service providers and their business partners to create a 'best in class' and 'fit for purpose' environment for employees and clients. Actively participate in regional and global initiatives. Responsible for employee life safety planning, preparedness and Safety and Security Committee. Maintains the integrity of site environment (critical systems support) - Serve as supervisor of the Facilities and Engineering Team. Maintain an active awareness and understanding of global workplace trends, innovations and opportunities Implement and update processes to mitigate all risk issues. This includes topics but not limited to technology risk and compliance, health and safety, regulatory compliance, firm guidelines and confidentiality. Ensures overall cleanliness and comfort of office space At least 3+ years prior work experience in office/facilities management would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role Office / Facilities management experience with supervision of administrative employees Previous experience in Investment Banking/Financial Services environment would be advantageous Verbal and written communication proficiency in English Strategic thinking and ability to identify areas for improvement Solving problem mindset Ability to multi task and managing varying stakeholder priorities in a professional effective way.
