Corporate Treasury Liquidity Management

  • Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm - Responsible for and lead aspects of individual and team deliverables and projects, leveraging in-depth knowledge of - Adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls; proactively identify ways to reduce risk in work - Act as a culture carrier; embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards -Work with Liquidity Controllers to run the various liquidity stress tests and resolve production issues as they occur - Conduct analysis and enhance the internal liquidity stress test model as needed -Coordinate with Liquidity Risk Department (LRD), Model Risk Management (MRM), Controllers and IT to implement model enhancements; includes writing business requirements and running user acceptance testing -Forecast liquidity requirements for non-bank entities as part of the Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) -Work with Liquidity Controllers on attributing the liquidity reserve to each Business Unit -Evaluate movements in the Firm's liquidity resources and requirements and present findings to senior management, including at various management committees -Participate in the assessment of New Product Approval (NPA) -Support regulatory requests including data analysis, liaising with other groups and presentation of findings -Ensure that the liquidity stress test models and their corresponding documentation are kept up-to-date through regular recalibration - In-depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment and technical skills, as well as of industry and competitive environment - Ability to operate independently with respect to most job responsibilities - Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback and innovate processes -Good working knowledge of Corporate Treasury, e.g., capital, liquidity or funding. Previous working experience in these areas beneficial (directly or via consulting/regulatory roles) -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with teams across both local offices and globally - Well-developed analytical capabilities, including ability to summarize complex business problems and detailed analysis with clarity and brevity - The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy level environment -> Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products - Diversity of thought - CFA or equivalent is a plus - At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $90,000 and $135,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
