- Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm - Responsible for and lead aspects of individual and team deliverables and projects, leveraging in-depth knowledge of - Adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls; proactively identify ways to reduce risk in work - Act as a culture carrier; embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards - Support cyclical planning sessions and own execution dashboard and status tracker -Coordinate with key stakeholders across Risk and Finance to ensure deadlines are met, and assist with risk/ issue resolution -Support change management/ process enhancements, control, and governance-related initiatives -Assist in the production and coordination of presentations for Firm senior management and steering committees - In-depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment and technical skills, as well as of industry and competitive environment - Ability to operate independently with respect to most job responsibilities - Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback and innovate processes - Bachelor's degree and strong academic credentials -Proven track record of great teamwork and ability to work across organizational boundaries -Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail and accuracy is essential -Strong communication skills, both oral and written are essential, as the successful candidate will be dealing with clients and our partners across the various divisions -Aptitude to multi-task, and work in a fast changing, dynamic environment -Strong technical skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project -Regulatory reporting and/ or CCAR experience is a plus -Diversity of thought - At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role - This is NOT a senior leadership role. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $90,000 and $140,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
