Learn and follow the process surrounding the Technology Asset Inventory system and the processes surrounding moving an application to the Production Lifecycle phase and the decommissioning of the applications. These include: Ensure that security controls and entitlement processes are implemented. Conduct period reviews of entitlements and user access. Coordinate the authorization and entitlement review responsibilities with the Product Owner. Work with other colleagues within a global organization to ensure the applications are approved and reviews are completed in a timely manner. Understand and apply the FIRM's application and vender oversight process. Escalate issues with applications and vendors as needed to ensure proper visibility. Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements within the Fund Services department. Ability to learn, understand and apply the steps required for an application to be approved for Production, including the Lifecycle Gate Management Ability to learn and efficiently use the iShield system for vendors and the TAI system for applications Keen attention to detail Good communication skills Good team player Fluency with all MS Office Tools Ability to 'think out of the box' and look for creative solutions. Ability to perform tasks with precision and accuracy. Ability to identify, escalate risk issues and manage upward communication to all stakeholders.
