Business Analysis (Technology Management)_Executive Director_WM

UAT Strategy, Planning & Execution Work with leads in respective silos to establish UAT strategy and success criteria Establish consistent practices and definitions across groups for testing & test documentation. Participate in fleet ceremonies, having a deep understanding of fleet strategy, objectives, and outcomes Establish culture of excellence, goal for ZERO production defects Work with leads in each silos to Minimum Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, technology or related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience required Minimum 15+ years of relevant QA/UAT experience with 5+ years of people management experience, including senior team members Minimum 10+ years' experience in financial services / program management Partnering with various internal groups and stakeholders across different regions Strong experience in UAT and software testing methodologies. Understanding of Business processes Strong knowledge of and experience with Agile methodologies, delivery practices and reporting Expertise in Test Management Tools (JIRA, HP ALM etc). Experience in tools/techniques/processes such as Selenium, RestAssured, Gradle, Junit, GIT Stash, Agile, BDD, TeamCity Exceptional Stakeholder management skills, able to build report and trust globally Excellent Communication skills Exceptional people manager, culture-setter, proven team skills - building and scaling big teams Accountability : Possessing strong sense of accountability and relationship building Problem Solving: Self-starter with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with distinctive thought leadership and ability to handle several tasks concurrently under tight deadlines Superior active listening, research/investigative, communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills; being able to tailor such skills for different audiences Ability to think laterally and convey big-picture understanding; identify risks, (quality) issues, trends, and remediations, including when working with technology and business stakeholders Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Experience in Automation testing is a plus - Execution of automation dealing with various automation tools and techniques Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
