UAT Strategy, Planning & Execution Work with leads in respective silos to establish UAT strategy and success criteria Establish consistent practices and definitions across groups for testing & test documentation. Participate in fleet ceremonies, having a deep understanding of fleet strategy, objectives, and outcomes Establish culture of excellence, goal for ZERO production defects Work with leads in each silos to Minimum Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, technology or related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience required Minimum 15+ years of relevant QA/UAT experience with 5+ years of people management experience, including senior team members Minimum 10+ years' experience in financial services / program management Partnering with various internal groups and stakeholders across different regions Strong experience in UAT and software testing methodologies. Understanding of Business processes Strong knowledge of and experience with Agile methodologies, delivery practices and reporting Expertise in Test Management Tools (JIRA, HP ALM etc).
