Associate-Client Onboarding/KYC/AML

Business Unit Control within the Investment Banking Division is looking for an Associate in the Mumbai office who will be responsible for the following: Sourcing and compiling information and documentation related to the client onboarding process Assisting in the maintenance of client onboarding-related systems and recordkeeping Creating ad hoc, daily, weekly, monthly and/or quarterly client onboarding metrics reports Supporting regulatory inquiries / inspections / applications, internal audits and compliance testing that impact the division Conduct reviews to identify potential exceptions to client onboarding policies and procedures Assisting in developing and designing new controls & processes within first line. Bachelor's degree, with 2 to 4 years of relevant financial industry experience; experience with KYC and anti-financial crimes related regulatory requirements and/or Investment Banking and Capital Markets products a plus Strong business and analytical skills and ability to demonstrate sound judgment Strong verbal and written communication skills Collaborative attitude, with ability to interact with stakeholders of varying seniority Goal oriented, follows through on tasks, remediation and implementation Strong organizational skills and ability to handle the coordination of multiple priorities Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
