Onboarding Consultant

Alajuela, Costa Rica / Remote

Our Client Onboarding Consultant will report to Experian Health, and manage the setup of clients, users, products and payers, based off contract, Statement of Work and Sales to Implementation. You will be accountable for the entire client set up, collection of required documentation, clear and detailed documentation of status of process, and meet the expected timeline and not delay implementation and ongoing client success. Raising any concerns with scope and deliverables to management.

1. Review and verify the accuracy of all required documents and work with client and our teams to perform all required tasks for Onboarding clients and a successful implementation.

2. Conduct Onboarding client meetings, prepare and distribute agenda meeting minutes and documentation collection to clients.

3. Collect relevant client information to set up client accounts

4. Participate in all required meetings to support the Onboarding of a client

5. Maintain and share the status of assigned Client Onboarding tasks and updates all required applications and documents, obtains approval, and tracks all changes affecting client Onboarding, and communicates changes and events to concerned parties.

7. Escalate any issues or concerns relating to assigned Client Onboarding to leadership for guidance and direction.

Experience and Skills

Minimum 2 years' experience with Healthcare Revenue Cycle,, healthcare products and operations, and legislation and regulations, affecting the healthcare revenue cycle industry

Basic knowledge of project management methodology and tools, including software systems and PC desktop applications

Limited Travel may be required
