The Team

Moody's Central Marketing team enables a more holistic approach on how we interact with our customers; ensuring we understand their business and workflow challenges and how our solutions fit across each use case. The Marketing team focuses on driving awareness and demand for Moody's current and future solutions in support of company revenue goals and strategic priorities.

Through thought leadership, awareness and lead generation campaigns, and a consistent focus on the customer experience, we establish Moody's as a trusted partner for integrated risk assessment capabilities. All along the customers' buying journey, from awareness through retention, we partner with our subject matter experts, business units, sales teams, and technology stakeholders to execute go-to-market strategies, deliver robust regional or global omnichannel marketing programs, and produce compelling content that attracts, engages, and converts qualified prospects and retains customers.

The Position

TheSr. Marketing Associate - Campaignsis responsible for assisting in the development, execution, and measurement of marketing programs, including awareness building, demand generation, and events to promote Moody's solutions. The Marketer acts as a project coordinator for campaign programs and is responsible for various parts of each program, which may include campaign content development, ensuring activation across channels, event management and promotions, and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to the growth of awareness and revenue by activating omnichannel marketing campaigns to target and educate prospects and clients in assigned focus segment/theme(s).
    • Work with marketing leadership to determine the appropriate marketing tactic mix that best aligns to Strategy and Sales priorities and has measurable outcomes.
    • Ensure all campaign assets align with approved messaging, components are properly set-up in our project management tool, automation platform, and other systems for flawless activation, optimization, and tracking.
    • Partner with stakeholders on target audience building and defining specific goals to reach desired KPIs.
    • Refine localization of campaigns and channels as needed.
  • Execute on defined event strategy including managing third-party sponsorships, developing agenda and content with stakeholders for hosted events and webinars, coordinating and activating related promotions and nurturing campaigns, and performing ROI measurement. Travel for on-site event management may be required.
  • Manage the regular compilation of pre- and post-campaign reports, including lead tracking and ROI measurement. Communicate results and use data to fuel future decisions.
  • Ensure all projects stay on time and within allocated budget.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of B2B field marketing experience in a corporate environment, with a proven track record of supporting data-driven marketing campaign strategies.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with marketing technology including automation platforms, project management software, and webinar platforms - working knowledge of Jira, Marketo, and Salesforce is a plus.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $67,800.00 to $93,700.00 , depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for a completion bonus. Moody's also offers insurance and a discounted employee stock purchase plan for limited duration employees.
