This role serves as a business analyst to support our insurance/ESG product development initiatives. You will serve as the primary contact with key stakeholders to elicit requirements, validate requirements and keep relevant parties informed and engaged throughout the entire product lifecycle. You will work with the product strategy/management teams, design leads, program management and development teams to support execution of key deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Product Manager and other key stakeholders as part of the solution delivery.
  • Act as key interface between product/engineering teams across Insurance and other OUs.
  • Engage with different teams (product, methodology, engineering, data, sales, client services etc.) to support the product strategy objectives
  • Document business and non-functional requirements at appropriate level of quality and detail to support solution development
  • Manage version control and sign off of the requirements as per governance process.
  • Perform quality reviews as required from a product management perspective on the solution deliveries to ensure the solution is aligned with requirements.
  • Support demonstrations of and documentation for new features in the software.
  • Support client discussions around the solution and as required discussions with prospects in the insurance sector.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor's degree) in a related field required; advanced degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience with financial analysis and software development.
  • System/business analysis experience required.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage workload across multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Must possess strong initiative and a get-it-done attitude.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
