Job Summary
The Client Relationship Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the bank's relationship management efforts by processing a variety of client's financial transactions, ensuring accurate documentation, maintaining client records, and facilitating smooth communication between clients and internal departments. Candidates for this position are expected to demonstrate the ability to deliver high-quality service and maintain regulatory compliance
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer banking transactions including but not limited to uncommitted/committed loans, foreign exchange, all types of deposit booked in New York Branch.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in a professional office environment; banking or financial services experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and conversational-level Japanese is considered a plus.

- Familiarity with client documentation standards, basic financial products and regulatory requirements in banking.
The expected base salary ranges from $60,000 - $75,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, including Medical, Dental and 401K plans, successful candidates are also eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
