Technical Program Manager - Horizon OS Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional programs: Drive complex, high-impact programs that span multiple teams, functions, and geographies.
- Influence technical strategy: Collaborate with executive stakeholders to shape the technical direction of our OS platform and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Understand technology requirements, roadmap, dependencies, evolution, and develop a plan for mitigating risks and delivering features that meet the requirements across multiple products.
- Develop and execute process improvements: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement new processes, tools, and methodologies that increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Lead the development and execution of complex programs, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering teams, product managers, and external partners.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that could impact program success.
- Mentor and develop other TPMs: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to help TPMs grow and develop their skills.
- B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Technical Program Management, or Hardware Engineering experience.
- Experience leading technology investments across multiple products or product families from innovation to delivery.
- Demonstrated experience leading execution across highly ambiguous, complex products and programs, with experience making technical and product trade offs while balancing business needs and technical constraints.
- Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope.
- Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership.
- Experience in leading complex execution across multiple teams in different time zones, anticipating roadblocks and creating a path forward.
- Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
- Communicator who can translate high-level goals into tangible action plans, and vice-versa and expertise communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good technical expertise in operating systems, software development, and/or related fields.

$167,000/year to $230,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
