Product Marketing Manager - Wearables Experiences

We plan to release multiple products and technologies over the next few years that will define new categories, help bring Wearables to millions of consumers and advance Meta's mission of bringing the world closer together.The Wearables Product Marketing Team is looking for a growth-minded Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market efforts that support engagement/retention by building foundational lifecycle and engagement strategies for software experiences. You will represent the customer point of view within the business, partnering closely with product, user testing, communications and other functions to drive complex initiatives that create lasting impact. You will bring a combination of strategic vision, proven communication skills, a collaborative mindset, analytical acumen, and hardware and/or software product launch experience, having worked in highly cross-functional, dynamic environments built to move fast, effectively prioritize and pivot quickly as needed.

  • Partner closely with product teams to define prioritization, strategy, roadmap and success metrics across a range of cross-functional business initiatives to achieve engagement and retention
  • Build foundational lifecycle and engagement strategies that drive onboarding, engagement, and retentive usage of software experiences
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute product launch and go-to-market strategies, including goals, channel plans, messaging, asset development and integrated launch planning with cross functional partners
  • Drive target audience definition, value proposition, messaging development, content creation, and go-to-market channel activation across audiences to achieve awareness, adoption, and retention goals
  • Partner with research teams to gather market, category, channel and audience insights to inform launch and growth tactics for software experiences
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in strategic marketing, product marketing management or product management, within technology, internet technology, or management consulting
  • Combination of strategic product marketing experiences and hands-on tactical execution
  • Experience with customer research and proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and Go-To-Market strategy
  • Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a dynamic environment
  • Experience delivering product launch results with internal and external partners including product, sales, marketing, communications, partnerships, legal and policy
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or equivalent experience
  • Experience in developing go to market strategies and partnering closely with product teams
  • Experience in consumer tech hardware and/or software for hardware products
  • Domain knowledge in AR, smart glasses, and/or wearable devices

$128,000/year to $186,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
