Product Marketing Manager, Third Party Partners

We're seeking an experienced product marketer to join our growing product development Product Marketing team ("BPM-Dev") focused on third party partnerships. As a 3P Product Marketing Manager, you will lead efforts to cultivate and grow an ecosystem of partners to enable end client success on Meta solutions, including Reels and Generative AI. The role will focus on developing and managing a strategy to drive effectiveness, discovery, and adoption of these products through third party partners. The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating closely with other teams to think through end-to-end strategy development, testing, launching, and optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, partner managers, business development, operations, and data science.To be successful in the role, you will be a well-rounded 'business athlete' - an analytical problem solver, someone who understands what it takes to execute on a global level, and a dynamic leader in complex, fast-paced, and often ambiguous environments. You will also have a strong product sensibility, able to shape a partner strategy grounded in a solid understanding of Meta's creative products, as well as a vision for how partner ecosystems can take Meta's creative opportunities to the next level. You will make an impact on a global scale working with teams that are building the next generation of creative solutions at Meta.

Product Marketing Manager, Third Party Partners Responsibilities:
  • Drive partner product strategy for Reels, creative, and Generative AI, and shepherd product development across ideation, alpha, beta and launch
  • Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders across the company and coordinate with cross-functional teams (e. g. product, product marketing, business development, partner management, marketing, business planning and operations, data science) to develop go-to-market plans and support launches to drive adoption of our advertising solutions through third party partners
  • Identify opportunities for innovation through third parties to drive impact through an understanding of market and industry trends
  • Execute in fast-paced and highly iterative environment
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, program management, product marketing, product management, partnerships, business development, business strategy, or equivalent experience
  • Experience building and scaling businesses, products, or programs/initiatives
  • Track record of influencing behavior at variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional leaders
  • Demonstrated experience driving resolution in the context of competing perspectives and priorities
  • Experience taking an analytical approach to solving ambiguous business problems
  • Experience executing through shifting priorities
  • Experience operating within matrixed cross-functional organizations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Advanced degree, such as an MBA
  • Project management skills, and experience leading matrixed organizations and functions towards common goals with operational rigor and enthusiasm
  • Experience in strategy consulting or management consulting
  • Experience in and understanding of the advertising industry and/or creative
  • Knowledge of online business models and Internet/consumer technology
  • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
