Product Manager Leader, Human Support

We are seeking an experienced PM leader to head our Human Support product team. Being part of the larger Integrity & Support organization, you'll ensure amazing human-led remediation experiences for 200 million advertisers and 4 billion users by being truly customer obsessed and improving the end-to-end customer journey so people and businesses can get the most out of our products.

Product Manager Leader, Human Support Responsibilities:

• Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
• Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers
• Attract, build, manage, and develop a talented team of product managers and product leaders
• Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
• Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
• Understand Facebook's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Design
• 8+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams
• Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience
• Experience presenting to executive audiences
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field

• Experience in a consumer focused technology company
• Experience building 0-1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces
