Product Manager, Financial Integrity Compliance & Identity

Financial Integrity's mission is to drive trust and integrity for all people and businesses using Meta's financial ecosystem while accelerating growth. Our team is responsible for Meta's payment ecosystem compliance posture across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Reality Labs, with direct impact on Meta's revenue.We are seeking an experienced Product Manager for the Financial Integrity Compliance & Identity team. This PM will lead the product strategy, development, implementation and tracking of innovative controls, capabilities and solutions that support our services and solutions at scale.

Product Manager, Financial Integrity Compliance & Identity Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Compliance and Legal stakeholders to define products and features that will keep our users safe and compliant with regulatory requirements
• Identify new risks and opportunities across the ecosystem to improve our compliance posture and keep our platforms safe
• Understand team's strategic and competitive position and deliver products and features that are effective and impactful
• Define and analyze metrics that evaluate the impact and inform the success of initiatives
• Establish shared vision across various teams by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
• Grow and maintain effective relationships with different stakeholders across the organization and the company, including product groups, Subject Matter Experts and Cross-Functional Partners
• Display leadership skills, leading and motivating a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives, while maintaining team health

Minimum Qualifications:

• Significant Product Management experience in high growth technical environments
• Background in risk management, integrity or compliance domains
• Problem-solving skills to aid navigating ambiguity and making informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones
• Proven analytical skills, translating data insights into actionable recommendations
• Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational and execution skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical and/or analytical background, including familiarity with Machine Learning terms, metrics and work methods
• Extensive understanding of payment systems, regulations, and industry trends
• Proven communication and presentation skills
