Help us build the Metaverse at Reality Labs group in Meta. Our goal is to establish a global-scale UGC platform that empowers creators, performers, and communities to connect and engage in unprecedented ways.As a Producer on this team, you will facilitate a content development strategy, establish and maintain operational procedures, manage vendor pipelines, scope and provide schedules, work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and consistent communication between all key stakeholders. Producer Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate a product vision and content development strategy by integrating data, usability studies, research,market analysis, and creative input
  • Drive the success and quality of the content creation, collaborating with producer partners to manage content acquisition and delivery
  • Work closely with partnering Product Manager to recommend and drive content strategy that feeds the overall product success
  • Identify and drive content strategy initiatives that have multiple stakeholders, competing deadlines, and many moving parts
  • Use persuasive communication to the right audience to get buy-in and feedback. Proactive in problem solving, prioritization, risk assessment, and effective information distribution.
  • Understand Meta's strategic and competitive position and deliver content strategy that is aligned with our mission. Define and measure impact of content strategy and initiatives both qualitatively.
  • Source and manage operational budgets, vendor relationships and contracts
Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience leading content strategy for a live service game
  • Experience driving the production process and shipping large, multi-medium projects with real-time 3D pipelines
  • Experience using data to identify problems and communicate solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical understanding of building and ingesting 3D environments, either through hands on experience as an Artist/Art Director or close proximity as a producer
  • Experience in AR/VR
  • Experience in a consumer focused technology company
